New - Safety of Amusement Devices: Design (2nd Edition) - published by the Amusement Device Safety Council (ADSC)

This guidance, issued by the Amusement Device Safety Council has been developed in partnership with the UK Health and Safety Executive. It is endorsed by them and the industry associations represented on the council.

Following this guidance is not compulsory and you are free to take other action, however, by following this guidance you will normally be doing enough to comply with UK Law.

Heath and Safety inspectors seek to secure compliance within the law and may refer to this guidance as illustrating good practice.
